Harry Styles new diet & fitness secrets: One Direction member spills the beans about his latest weight loss regimen
With the era of One Direction coming to a halt thanks to the band's scheduled hiatus, fans are already anticipating their upcoming record that will probably satiate them until the boys return to music in the foreseeable future. The band is finalizing their tour and gearing up for Made in the A.M. this month, and will be pushing for more promo as the new single, "Perfect," is continuing to rack up more views on YouTube. See the video below.
Harry Styles recently shared the secret to his slim frame that he maintains throughout One Direction's hectic tour schedule. Inquisitr reports that according to the 21-year-old singer, he enjoys drinking "Bullet coffee. It’s black coffee with a spoonful of butter in it and a spoonful of coconut oil, all mixed up together. I’ve been on it for two days. You don’t get hungry."
Styles also practices meditation and Pilates to keep fit on the road, and enjoys boxing and running for cardio and to keep his heart healthy.
Meanwhile, One Direction's resident golf enthusiast Niall Horan is looking to use the time during the band's hiatus to practice the sport. PGA reports that he was recently spotted at a golf course to play. He previously served as Rory McIlroy's caddie during the Par 3 Contest at the Masters last spring and is now getting serious about the sport.
Horan told RTE that he plans on practicing, saying, "By the end of next year... I'd like to be a low single figure in golf and in better shape, working out."
The singer also said he's looking forward to living peacefully and away from the stage, sharing, "It'll be the simple things like going home a bit more, seeing everyone I hadn't seen in a while. I'd like to do a bit of traveling, the places I haven't seen properly. I'd love to rent a cottage somewhere in Ireland, or get a caravan."
Louis Tomlinson on the other hand, also has plans for the 1D hiatus, telling Yahoo! Celebrity U.K. that he is working with Simon Cowell to put together a girl band and doing more behind the scenes work.
"I’ve got a little label in print so I’m trying to work with that at the moment. I’m lucky enough to be working with Simon," the 23-year-old said. "We’ve got a few different projects going on at the moment...It’s really exciting to be involved in the different side of it, the background."
Hollywood Life reports that similarly, the now single Liam Payne plans to spend his time off nursing his broken heart and working on the other side of the music industry. He said, "Right now, I’m looking forward to some alone time to figure out who I am and what I want to be," and working in "publishing, collaborating and writing songs for other artists."
Made in the A.M. is scheduled to be released on Nov. 13.
