Singer, performer, and American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez graces the cover of Marie Claire's December issue, where she shows off her well-maintained gym body and gorgeous Latina curves.

Celebrity Health Fitness reports that the actress and multi-hyphenate credits a 10 lb weight loss to an all vegan diet paired with rigorous fat-burning Tracy Anderson workouts. Anderson is also trainer to other celebrities such as Madonna, Shakira, Ashley Greene, and Kim Kardashian.

Anderson shared, "Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises that change every 10 days."

JLo does high-intensity cardio dance exercise combined with light strength-training using body weight and high repetitions using at most three lb hand weights.

Marie Claire reports that Lopez is gearing up for her Las Vegas residency, which begins on January 20 and will run for two years, with 40 shows per year. The performer said, "I've been preparing my whole life for this moment. I've done a lot of awards shows and performances and private shows my whole career. But never have I been able to create the defining show for myself and for my music. So I'm super-excited about it."

Lopez, whose acting career was launched by her bow as Selena in the 1997 biopic, launched a career in mainstream music in 1999, when she released her debut studio album On the 6, which spawned hits "If You Had My Love", "Waiting for Tonight", "Feelin' So Good", "Let's Get Loud", and "No Me Ames", a duet with former husband Marc Anthony, with whom she has two children.

The multi-platinum artist, whose career has spanned 15 years, more recently collaborated with rapper Iggy Azalea for the track "Booty", which was released in 2014.

In talking with Marie Claire, Lopez said of the collaboration that spawned a sexy music video, "I wanted it to be beautiful and sexy, not sexy and raunchy."

"Sometimes when you're younger, you go for raunch, or shock value, but I don't need to do that," the now 46 year old singer said. "I did sexy things but I was always more the good girl who was falling in love as opposed to the naughty girl who was running around."

Despite being in her 40's, Lopez still maintains a fit body, which has on multiple occasions wowed many. She was photographed earlier this year in West Hollywood post-workout, slipping into a tanktop, and in the process, showing off her perfectly toned abs, Mirror reports.
