Celebrities in rehab 2015: Scott Disick states he doesn't want to be a 'bad example' to the kids; is his health at stake? [RUMORS]

Scott Disick has long been known as a partier, thanks to the cameras that constantly follow him on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and the paparazzi that stalk his every move. That's one price he has to pay as part of the extended Kardashian brood, as Disick is dad to eldest sister Kourtney's three children, five-year-old Mason Dash, three-year-old Penelope Scotland, and 11-month-old Reign Aston.

Disick and Kardashian had an on-again and off-again relationship since they first appeared on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," but when the couple split in July, it seemed like they were separated for good this time.

Meanwhile, Kardashian is keeping herself busy, doing her job attending events, with the most recent in last Saturday's Baby2Baby Gala. The mother of three was flaunting a sexy figure in a pantsuit that showed her svelte figure and cleavage.

Disick, who according to ET Online has spending time in rehab for his alcohol problem, is still pining for the mother of his children, despite having been photographed with another woman.

A source told People, "It drives him crazy that Kourtney has been seen out having a blast, so he's determined to get her focus back on him. He's planning on doing this by showing her that he's capable of pulling it all together."

Despite being in rehab, Disick was still allowed to see his three children. The source said, "Scott's really trying to pull it together for the sake of saving his relationship with his kids. He knows that they are getting to an age where they are going to start understanding what is really going on behind closed doors, and he doesn't want them to resent him for setting a bad example."

Meanwhile, She Knows reports that Disick has been in and out of rehab for alcohol and substance abuse, making his family increasingly concerned about his condition. In fact, E! Online reports that the father of three was spotted having dinner with Kardashian matriarch Kris.

"Scott is still in a rehab program and has been able to come and go as part of the recovery process," a source told E!. "He sounds happy, clean and clearheaded. I think he took it really seriously this time. He took a real break from work and partying to focus on himself. He hasn't sounded this good in ages. He says he's feeling great."

It looks like a long journey to reconciliation for the two, but Disick posted a photo of himself and his eldest son, Mason, on a private jet yesterday.
