Get a chance to test out "Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited" for free this coming weekend. We have the details for PC, Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 players here.

For PC users, they will need to get a code from any one of the websites listed on the game's Knowledge Base page:

GameSpot says that once inside, players will need to enter a code to download the file. Bethesda has made it easier for Xbox One gamers to access the game as they can simply download the file through Xbox store or Xbox Live for Gold Members.

Unfortunately, it appears that PlayStation 4 gamers will not be able to join the free play weekend. The publication says ZeniMax offered its apologies, stating that the company was still "working with Sony on a technical solution to support a free weekend."

The free weekend access will begin on Thursday, December 10 at 8:01GMT and end on Monday, Dec. 14 at 8:00GMT.

During the free play weekend, gamers for the PC/Mac can save as much as 60 percent if they wish to buy the full game. All scores, progressions and accomplishments made during the free play weekend will be carried over to the full version of the game says WinBeta.

Another perk with playing the free game during the weekend is that crown packs will be offered at discounted prices.

According to GameSpot, a pack of 750 or 1,500 crowns can be purchased at 25 percent off the original price while the price for a pack containing 3,000 packs will be reduced by 33 percent. The biggest discount is for a pack of 5,500 crowns at 40 percent off.

When the game was first released in 2014, the game was initially known as "The Elder Scrolls Online." GameSpot says the name was later changed to 'Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited' in January 2015 when Bethesda announced that it was scrapping the monthly subscription package.

It's a great way to try out the game before deciding to buy the full game. Check it out and get a chance to win $1 million.
