Channing Tatum vs Jenna Dewan-Tatum: 'Magic Mike' Star Channels Elsa in Lip Sync Battle [Video]
Do you have an idea how hard can it be to get into a competition against your wife? Let alone in a lip sync battle on a nationally televised show. Channing Tatum does not think it is that difficult as he goes head to head with his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, on the hit TV show "Lip Sync Battle."
In a new sneak preview, the "Magic Mike" star did not only showcase his killer dancing moves, he also has done a very good job of channeling Elsa of the movie "Frozen." While the 35-year-old actor is doing the Elsa impersonation, his wife Jenna portrays her husband's sexy role in the movie "Magic Mike."
The showdown between the lovely couple has already made headlines on different entertainment news outlet and it is not even shown yet on TV. The episode will be televised in January 2016, when the show comes back airing.
Many people are already considering Channing's performance as the best on the show ever, even if they haven't even seen the whole footage yet.
Channing and his wife were together in the movie "Step Up" and fans all over the world are excited to see them relive their dance moments on the show that will be shown on Spike. Jenna is seen in the footage wearing a fake abs to mock her husband's "Magic Mike" character while Channing sported a costume that resembles Elsa from the Disney character while singing the famous movie song entitled "Let It Go."
In the short footage, Channing hoped that his "marriage isn't over after tonight." In which Jenna added at another point on the video: "We're a house divided at the moment. We're going to war."
Meanwhile, it was confirmed last October by ET Online that Channing will be joined by the artist Beyonce in his performance on the show. Based on the footage, the actor will perform with Beyonce's "Run the World." Fans are now speculating that the former Destiny's Child singer will appear as a surprise guest in the middle of his performance.
Channing advised ET Online not to get into any competition against your significant other. He cited that it is certainly not a good idea and something he might never do again.
"I had an added complication that I was going against my wife," Channing explained to the news outlet. "So I'm just happy that we're still married and we're still together and we're still talking so that's good."
