The holidays have come and gone and it's about that time of the year to get back on track and start anew. "Geordie Shore" star Charlotte Crosby is here to help, as she recently spoke to Mirror, opening up about her struggles with weight loss and how she eventually went down by four dress sizes.

The MTV reality TV star who joined "Geordie Shore" in 2011 admitted, "I got busier and didn’t do any exercise for about three years. I totally cut it out of my life. I’d eat bad food, and drinking was a big factor as well."

The 25-year-old Sunderland native also admitted that she would often drink pins of Bailey's and junk food. She then committed to a healthier lifestyle and hitting the gym, showing off a transformation from a size 16 to a size 8 last year. Crosby also released a "3 Minute Belly Blitz" workout DVD that helps work out the bottom.

Crosby admitted that her bum was her problem area when she was getting in shape, saying, "I’d post selfies of me in my workout gear and I’d get a lot of hate and grief...People would say things like, ‘flat bum’, ‘pancake a*se’ and ‘you obviously don’t do any squats.'"

The "Geordie Shore" alum admitted that she then took inspiration from other celebrities who had toned bottoms and worked towards attaining a better butt. She said, "This time, it wasn’t about losing weight, it was about focusing on toning up, gaining muscle and turning my pancake into a peach."

"It’s so on trend to have a big, voluptuous, juicy bum," she admitted. "They’re everywhere. Kylie Minogue’s is amazing and Jennifer Lopez has a good bum."

Crosby also revealed that despite her weight loss, she isn't too keen on keeping a very strict diet. She shared, "Exercise is such a big part of my lifestyle now and I literally love it...I might fluctuate in pounds, but who doesn’t? I do still have the odd treat."

"I don’t live on lettuce and rabbit food. I’m a normal girl. I have my cheat meal," Crosby confessed. "I go on Geordie Shore, I drink and I have fun, but I still maintain a great shape. I still feel confident because I keep the workouts up."

Meanwhile, OK! U.K. reports that it isn't only her body that Crosby is committed to changing, as the reality star revealed that she will have a nose job this January 14. She wrote in her column in Star Magazine, "It's something I've wanted for years."

Metro reports that Crosby is also looking to settle down, and fans will have to wait until the return of "Geordie Shore" beginning January 19 to see who the reality TV star will end up with. She said, "Maybe in 2016 I’d like to have just one boyfriend, a serious one, maybe my partner for life. I think that’s what I’m going to look for this year."
