Taiwanese American actress Constance Wu was a breakout star in ABC's "Fresh Off the Boat," which debuted in 2015 and followed the story of a Taiwanese family as they made their way from Chinatown in Washington D.C. to Orlando, Florida. The hit show also stars Hudson Yang and Randall Park as her sons and is set to return to ABC this February.

The 33-year-old actress recently sat down with Women's Health to share the secrets behind her naturally glowing skin and svelte body, and shares that she enjoys yoga classes and incorporates ab moves because "I've been trying to get a six-pack for years!"

Wu shares that her workout bag essentials include sneakers because "They're really supportive, and I'm good about getting new ones every six months so they stay that way," and headbands.

"I wear the drugstore ones with the rubbery stuff on the back," the actress admitted. "I have a lot of baby hairs and they keep them out of my face while I'm running."

Of course, she also keeps sparkling water on hand to keep her hydrated during her runs. She said, "The grapefruit flavor is really refreshing after a workout, and it's zero calories and all natural."

Wu protects her skin from the sun and admits that "I've used this for at least 10 years. It's light and moisturizing, and it doesn't clog my pores."

After her run, she shares that she likes to use a foam roller, saying, "You roll out your muscles the way you'd roll out a pie crust. I use it on my calves after a long run."

Meanwhile, Wu shared in September that her beauty regimen involves using the SK-II masks, which she believes are "pretty good."

The actress told Refinery 29, "I’ve always had pretty good skin, generally, so I haven’t had to worry too much. I’ve also always taken really good care of my skin since I was little, so I guess that’s helpful."

A good skin care regimen begins at a young age, and Wu admits that she began using drugstore products when she was younger.

"When I was a kid, nice skin care for me—because I grew up in suburban Richmond, Virginia—was like Neutrogena that you would get at the drugstore," said Wu.

Meanwhile, TV Line reports that the actress is nominated once again for a Critics Choice Award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series. "Fresh Off the Boat" returns to ABC on February 2 at 8/7c.
