Socialite, PR head honcho, and reality TV star Jonathan Cheban, who recently entered the "Celebrity Big Brother" house as a contestant in the competition's current season, is under scrutiny for reportedly having plastic surgery. The 41-year-old former star of the cancelled reality TV show, "The Spin Crowd" reportedly looked different upon his appearance on the show.

OK! U.K. reports that Twitter users who follow "Celebrity Big Brother" began commenting on his appearance, specifically his cheekbones and the shape of his face.

London plastic surgeon Caroline Mills told O.K! U.K., "Most notably he's seemingly opted for rhinoplasty surgery to alter the shape and size of his nose. The tip is more defined and looks like it's been shortened. His skin looks tight and shiny in places, suggesting he may have undergone a mini facelift."

"I think he may have also undergone a pinnaplasty to alter the projection of his ears," Mills commented on Cheban, who is also best known as the Kardashian sisters' close friend, appearing in their reality shows, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", "Kourtney and Kim Take New York", "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami", and "Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons."

Cosmetic doctor and injectable expert Dr. Kishan Raichura of London shared, "Jonathan has a remarkably smooth forehead for a man of 41, strongly suggesting extensive use of muscle relaxing injections, such as Botox."

"His cheeks look fuller and his chin is also slightly sharper, which could both be the result of dermal fillers, or even a chin implant," Raichura commented. "His skin appears quite plump and firm (compared to his neck) which could be the result of a collagen-boosting treatment such as Exilis Elite."

Meanwhile, Cheban seems to be an interesting mix in the "Celebrity Big Brother" house, given his ties to the Kardashians, but he denies that he was prevented by the clan to disclose any information about them.

"They don't talk to me about their businesses," Cheban told BBC. "There has been no conversations about it, just that I'm doing a show in the UK."

International Business Times reports that Cheban opened up about his relationship with the Kardashians, as he told Lorraine Kelly in a recent episode of iTV's "Lorraine", "We’ve been through a lot of people we can’t trust but we’re like family so it’s like trusting your brother, your sister."

Cheban joins celebrities Stephanie Davis, Christopher Maloney, Daniella Westbrook, Gemma Collins, Scotty T, Kristina Rihanoff, Megan McKenna, David Gest, Jeremy McConnell, John Partridge, Tiffany Pollard, Darren Day, Winston McKenzie, Nancy Dell'Olio, and Angie Bowie in this season of "Celebrity Big Brother".
