There are a lot of reasons we have to be thankful of Mexico. Well, apart from Salma Hayek and Gael García Bernal, depending on your preference, one of the best things that have ever come out of the Latin American country is guacamole.
Even Americans in the U.S. have their own recipes at home and favorite restaurants to go to for their favorite avocado-based dip or salad. Meanwhile, here are some of the yummiest versions you should try out.
Guacamole with Cotija Cheese
This recipe is courtesy of the Carnal Dish blog. And, what makes this one so delicious? Well, it just so happens to be a combination of the blogger's three favorite recipes: The guacamole at Rosa Mexicano, the guacamole at Oyamel and the one from Chipotle.

Mango Guacamole

Some of the ingredients you'll need are large ripe avocados, diced small red onion, fresh serrano chile, chopped fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, salt and a medium ripe peeled mango with the flesh cut from the pit and diced, Mamas Latinas noted.
Miers' Guacamole Recipe
"This wonderful guacamole recipe comes from Thomasina Miers, the founder of Wahaca. Chunky, gently spicy and the perfect thing for slathering onto nachos or in tortillas. Don't leave out the salt, which is an important balance to the rich avocado," says The Telegraph.
