During a recent interview, Latina Pop Queen Thalia surprised viewers by revealing that the secret to her youthful glow is by achieving multiple orgasms, as much as 50 a night.
According to the Mirror, the celebrity had sexologist Nancy Alvarez to thank for this juicy tip.
"I was working on a radio program where Nancy gave advice and well, she gave me some marvelous tips too."
Thalia testified how effective the suggestion was by stating, "Of course I did and now, it's the reason I've stayed young and beautiful."
Although Thalia is married to a businessman 23 years her senior, the 44-year-old star is not shy about their bedroom antics.
"My hobby is sex. Luckily for me, my husband also has the same hobby," Thalia was quoted on the Daily Star.
Although the Mexican singer may be the first celebrity to openly admit enjoying sex, studies indicate that there are several health benefits to orgasms and sex.
