In just a few weeks, the most influential Android phone makers will bring out their best products in the fight to dominate the market. LG, being a chief player in the Android market, will unveil its LG G5 ahead of Mobile World Congress on Feb. 21 in Barcelona.

The photos of the case designs confirm the dual camera feature of the new LG G5. Taking inspiration from V10, the LG G5 will also feature dual front cameras. With this feature, users can take wide shot angles and other cool software tricks. The rear cameras are said to feature 16MP while the front will be 8MP.

Meanwhile, PC Advisor reported that the battery will be removable as the bottom part of the phone is removable. It also highly expected that the phone will feature a full-metal design. It is rumoured to have wireless charging options. It might also be equipped with the fast-charging option.

The LG G5 will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and will come with a memory of three to 6 GB RAM. The phone will also come with an expandable storage slot.

More so, the circular fingerprint reader at the back has also been confirmed based on the leaked pictures. According to reports from PC Advisor, the volume buttons were moved to the side, indicating the end of Rear Key. The power button is a little mystery, but speculations say that it will be on the fingerprint scanner found at the back of the phone, below the camera.

Android Authority shared that the LG G5 will feature a 5.3-inch LCD display screen, a little smaller than the screen of the previous model, the G4. However, reports from PC Advisor claimed that LG is pushing for a much bigger screen.

The LG G5 will also feature a secondary "ticker" display above the regular screen with a resolution of 160 x 1040 pixels. This will be used for displaying notifications and shortcuts, according to the new site. Other LG devices set to come out this year will also feature the ticker display.

Additionally, PC Advisor is also speculating that the LG's next flagship phone will also feature an iris scanner. Rumours suggest that design is already in place for the iris scanner although work is still taking place for its software system.

Reports stated that LG G5 could go on sale as early as March, given its February launching.
