It's undeniable that Kim Kardashian has one of the most famous butts in the world.

After having a baby and being always busy with their popular "Keeping up with the Kardashians" show, how does she keep her rear in such great shape?

Well, according to Pop Workouts, it's not an easy feat. It appears that Kim does a short but intense workout circuit set to hit important parts of her body such as the butt, abs and arms.

For her circuit that focuses on her butt, Bigger Buttocks reports that Kim does exercises that use a wide squat technique.

By doing this type of technique, the butt is fully worked out and eases the load on her legs, especially her hamstrings. Making the butt do most of the work during the circuit increases the size and firmness of her glutes.

Another technique Kim uses to maximize the workout on her butt comprises exercises that are quick and compound in movement. This means that the movement in the exercise uses more than one joint per exercise.

The best examples of these compound movement exercises include squats and lunges.

However, it wasn't always easy for Kim to get to the gym, especially after giving birth.

The Health Site reports that Kim had to get into the mindset to go back to the gym. To do this, she wore her gym clothes wherever she went, and eventually, she got herself to the gym.

Kim also uses buddy system to get herself to workout. What she does is to usually invite a friend or one of her sisters to join her. By doing this, she feels obligated to go since she doesn't want to stand them up.

It must be said that going to the gym isn't the only thing Kim does to maintain her famous glutes. The actress recently changed her diet to gluten-free and has cut all junk food out of her life.

Kim also has sworn off all alcoholic beverages from her life for a long time now. Mrs. Kanye states that sometimes she takes a drink at New Year's but the instant she tastes it, she gets sick to her stomach.

Currently, there are several variations of the Kim Kardashian workout, with the quickest one taking only about 20 minutes to complete. However, it must be said that the 20 minute version is the highest intensity and is the most difficult to finish.
