Rob Kardashian Weight Loss & Fitness Tips: Reality Star Hits the Gym as Relationship With Blac Chyna Blossoms
Love may be the only thing pushing the only Kardashian boy to make a fitness turnaround.
Us Weekly reported Blac Chyna, who is infamously known as Kim Kardashian's BFF and Tyga's ex, is helping "her boyfriend" Rob Kardashian to hit his fitness goals and get back in shape.
After being hospitalized last year due to diabetes, the 28-year-old has now been slowly going active on Instagram to post snippets of his workout. He recently shared a snap of his tattooed arm while lifting weights on Thursday.
Rumor has it that Kardashian has been borrowing Blac Chyna's in-house gym. Yahoo! News shared the new couple has been caught by the paparazzi driving together in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Chris Jinna, former exotic performer's online personal trainer, revealed to Us Weekly that Chyna requested for a diet and workout plan for Kardashian to help him get back in shape.
"[She came to me] recently, maybe a week ago," Jinna revealed to the entertainment news outlet. "She just asked some type of tips for Rob, to get him a meal plan. So I created a plan for them and sent it over," he added.
Moreover, Jinna shared that it is the couple's "shared goal" to "shred a little bit" and get healthy. Celebrity trainer Jinna started working with Chyna last November 2015 and is responsible for the mom-of-one's workout and meal plans for a few months now.
"She does refer to him as her boyfriend, yes," Jinna claimed, as per Us Weekly. "They're really taking this stuff pretty serious," he added.
"They're supposed to be going to the gym at least five times a week together. I'm not sure if all the time if they're actually going together, but since Rob asked for that plan, I would assume that they would be, at least motivating each other."
However, an insider close to the Kardashians revealed that Chyna and Kardashian's relationship has been a cause of concern among family members. Rapper Tyga shares a three-year-old child with Chyna and he is currently linked to Rob's younger sister, Kylie Jenner.
"The problem in this situation is no one wants to push too hard on Rob because of his fragile state," the source noted. "Yes, Kylie feels betrayed, but she also doesn't see the need to publicly taunt him. If this relationship is good for Rob, even if it's temporary, then Kylie is not going to push it. She'll get over it."
