Fans of the "Fast and Furious" series are excited to know that there will be three more installments of their favorite action movie.

The news came after the film's star, Vin Diesel, himself posted on his Twitter account that indicates three more "Fast and Furious" movies and their supposed schedule of showing. The post stated "2 Decades, 10 Films and 1 Saga. "Fast and Furious 8" will come out on Apr. 14, 2017, "Fast and Furious 9" will be shown on Apr. 19, 2019 and "Fast and Furious 10" will open on Apr. 2, 2021.

Although this has not been confirmed yet by Universal, fans are pretty positive that "Fast and Furious" will go on to become a 10-part movie series.

Fans were starting to speculate that the series will die along with the death of its star, Paul Walker. Apparently, that is not the case. He would have been proud to see it go on and make more action-packed films for the fans.

Meanwhile, there have been contradicting reports about Brian O'Conner's role in the succeeding films. Whether or not he is included, Paul Walker's brother, Cody will not be joining the next Fast and Furious sequel, or at least not in "Fast 8."

This has already been confirmed by the production company saying that Universal has no plans of casting Cody for the next "Fast and Furious" movie, according to a report by the International Business Times.

When Paul died, Cody filled in for the role as Brian O'Connor for few scenes to finish the movie. No one can tell then that it wasn't actually Paul.

The last installment of the movie, "Fast and Furious 7," came as a blockbuster surprise after it became a $1 billion box office success. And, because of that, "Fast and Furious 8" will be one of the most anticipated films in Hollywood next year.

According to Digital Spy, most of the cast members will be back in "Fast 8." There are speculations that Eva Mendes may appear in the new film as agent Monica Fuentes and she will be working along with Hobbs and Dom.

Jason Statham is also included in the cast of "Fast 8" as Deckard Shaw. In the last episode, Shaw was seen in the most secured jail in the world and it would appear that he may have planned a good escape.

Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris and Tyrese Gibson are also expected to be back in the sequel, along with Kurt Russell, Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson.
