Jennifer Lopez Age-Defying Beauty Tips: How to be Ageless Like JLo
With the launch of her residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Jennifer Lopez shared tips and secrets about her beauty routine.
Jennifer Lopez has been very busy with her career. In her career, she has found time to create chart-topping hits, star in TV shows and movies, become a spokeswoman for L'Oréal Paris and gave birth to her twins. At 46, she has claimed her residency "Jennifer Lopez: All I Have" at the popular Planet Hollywood club in Las Vegas, according to Pop Sugar. Last month, she celebrated the occasion with a party as well as the grand opening of Mr. Chow at Caesars Palace.
According to the official event page, the multi-talented actress/singer will star a show with "explosive dance numbers to raw, personal moments, Lopez keeps fans on the edge of their seats in this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Her combination of Hollywood glamour, rock star persona and Latin American heritage come to life on stage each night."
In an interview with ET Online, she revealed that her beauty secret is sleep and finding enough time to rest.
"There is a limit," she said. "You will fall down at a certain point, and mommies can't do that. Mommies have to be good for the babies at all times. They need to know that you're solid and strong and good. Sleep is very important. I get my seven to eight hours sleep no matter what."
She adds that she always find ways to spend time with her 7-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian despite her busy schedule. This also led her to have less time to workout and exercise.
"I feel a tiny bit out of shape right now, but that's OK, because I 'm about to get in shape," she said during that interview. "We'll tighten it back up real quick."
Just last year, Lopez launched her very own weight loss program called BodyLab. According to Shape, it is a 10-week program that focuses on encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

In addition to having enough beauty sleep and her weight loss program, Hollywood Take reports that she has several diet, exercise and skincare tips to keep her looking age-defying and trim.
While she's not a fan of exercise, she certainly keeps herself limber and fit through six-hour dance workouts anhd routines. Lopez also tries to eat right and indulge once in a while. For her skin regimen, she uses a dermatologist-approved cleanser to take off her make up and use sunscreen and moisturizer throughout the day in addition to trying to get a lot of sleep.
