New Court Documents For Children Custody, Angelina Jolie Filed Against Brad Pitt
Angelina Jolie has filed a new court documents for the custody of their children, outlining their agreement between her and Brad Pitt. But to some source, nothing has changed. Both sides are continuing to work towards a permanent agreement.
California family law specialist, Steve Mindel said to PEOPLE, "it is very unusual that she filed this document with the court for two reasons. First, celebrities want to be anonymous. And the second reason is something to do with her children."
Filing documents in court could somehow jeopardize privacy. People are getting more information about Jolie's children to where they are, what they are as well as their wealth level. "Her filing is definitely sending a message to Brad that she wants this more on public than less in the public, and that is not good for either one of them as celebrities" Mindel also explain.
According to PEOPLE, a detail in temporary custody agreement including any pending future changes, are filed by Jolie last December 2. In the agreement, Jolie shall have the custody of the minor children and Pitt will continue to have agreed upon therapeutic visitation with the kids.
In addition to the said agreement, Pitt must also participate in therapy sessions at least once a week and agreed to have a random drug and alcohol testing at least four times a month. While Pitt's visitation is determined by a psychologist, Ian Russ Ph.D., the children are also required to continue to a group and individual therapy sessions.
Per News, concerns about Brad Pitt's parenting after an alleged altercation with son Maddox during the flight, made Jolie filed a divorce case last September after two years of marriage and over a decade of being together.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie tied the knot on August 23, 2014 in the presence of their witnesses at their French estate. Their children where Maddox, now, 15, Pax 12, Zahara 11, Shiloh 10 and twins Knox and Viviene 8.
