To lay down visiting rights for Pitt, Jolie has released confidential information about their children in a document called "October Stipulation."

The battle between the popular Hollywood couple over the custody of their kids has reached to its nastiest level ever witnessed in the industry in years.

The actress in her struggle to "safe" her kids from their father, is neglecting the fact that she is rendering her kids to public embarrassment.

This also becomes known that Jolie wants Pitt to be tested four times a month for alcohol and drugs to be able to have normal visiting hours for their kids: Maddox (15), Pax (13), Zahara (11), Shiloh (10), and twins Vivienne and Knox (8).

Pitt is quick enough in his response to Jolie's action, and he has filed a court document in the Superior Court of California, requesting protection of the privacy of his kids by keeping all the documents sealed, reports The Daily Beast

Pitt has based his argument that Jolie's lawyers also have a hand in this as they knew that this act of Jolie could bring various sensitive personal details of their children to public like their health records, therapists, etc. said a reporter for Mailonline who saw the documents.

Pitt is apparently trying to reach a solution to the custody battle in a way that is more respectable for their kids. He shows his regrets in a statement that he and Angie have failed to agree on a schedule for kids' custody and he wants to file a Request for Orders to establish a schedule if an agreement is not reached between him and her, according to MSN News.

It is apparent that Jolie has some hidden "fears" that lead her to take such measures for the sake of her kids but Pitt also seems to be concerned about the privacy of the kids - appoint that might have missed from Jolie.

Pitt adds that he is extremely concerned that the records in the custody of court must be sealed or the information in them can go public which causes irreparable damage to the kids.

A psychologist provided a statement as a witness for the actor asking for all the documents to be kept sealed for the sake of the privacy of the kids.

According to the psychologist, the kids were harmed when they come to know about their parents' conflict and divorce proceedings.

An emergency hearing was facilitated for Brad Pitt on the case, but his request was not accepted by the judge because the couple has to attend the coming court hearing the next month.

Pitt managed to get an emergency hearing in the case-but his request was denied by the judge, meaning the pair will next be in court in January.
