It has a 4GB RAM with 32 or 64GB internal storage option that can expand up to 256GB. Although the Galaxy S7 has an impressive performance, iPhone 7 truly beats it like a king. The A10 Fusion chip is more powerful and less power consuming beast than A9 chip and it can handle almost any process and any heavy application with utter ease, unlike Galaxy S7.
