‘Harley Quinn’ Set To Get Her Own Live-Action Movie, With Joker Of Course!
This August's release of 'Suicide Squad', we finally see the live-action Harley Quinn beautifully portrayed by Margot Robbie. With the fans loved her action on the screen as the lover of The Joker, Warner Bros took the initiative to get her own solo spin-off project to add to the expanding DCEU. Even though Harley Quinn's first appearance wasn't from the comic books, instead its from the animated series back in the 90's, she quickly becomes a fan favorite. With her funny yet quirky acts, she's sure to make the audience grin everytime she's in the screen.
'Gotham City Sirens' will be the title for the movie according to The Verge. It's a title originated from the comics from DC featuring Harley Quinn, Catwoman and Poison Ivy. Hollywood Reporter reports that David Ayer is set to direct with Harley Quinn herself, Margot Robbie to produce it. As mentioned before, if the movie is based directly from the comic books, so the premise is more likely is about those three characters in an adventure across Gotham City's villainous nightlife.
