Rumors: Potentially HTC X10, Codenamed 'HTC 2PYR1XX' Receives Bluetooth SIG Certification; 5.5-inch Full-HD Display with MediaTek Helio CPU
It appears like HTC is onto something. So the intel is that the latest smartphone from HTC has received Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) Certification. Although has a massive line-up ahead in 2017, this could be one more addition.
GSMArena claims that the Model Number 2PYR1XX is speculated as the next upcoming HTC X10 has received certification from SIG, the certificate doesn't have any information about the specifications of the upcoming HTC X10, the specs that could make their way into the new HTC X10 after many speculations started buzzing.
PhoneArena is a Mobile Specifications and Review website and it has a list of specifications of HTC X10 that might end up being included. The device has a massive 5.5" 1080x1920 pixels Full-HD display with massive 401 ppi. The device will have a number of sensors such as Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor, and might include a fingerprint reader too.
Under the hood, the smartphone gets its power by MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 chipset that includes a 2000 Mhz Octa-core processor. The device as per GSMArena has a 13-megapixel rear camera set up at an aperture of f/21 with a focal length of 28mm which is capable of shooting 2160p videos at 30 frames per second which will be a boon for all the photographers and those who like to click pictures and videos and especially YouTubers.
Front Selfie camera is a standard 8-megapixel of unknown capabilities. The HTC X10 is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass for protection but no water-resistant coating is hinted. The smartphone will release with standard 32GB Internal Storage backed by 3GB of RAM. The Internal Storage can be further expanded to up to 256GB via microSD.
