2017 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival – Updates Of The Fest
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2017 will be held from Apr 14 -Apr 23, 2017. The venue of the festival will be at Empire Polo Club, Indio, California. Beyonce, Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar will be the headliners for Coachella 2017.
As per the reports from The Guardian, the events will be on two consecutive weekends. It is the first time that Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar being the headliners of Coachella 2017. But for Radiohead it's the third time being the headliner of Coachella 2017.
Lorde and the Avalanches will also be featured in the 18th annual event. Both of them are going to have their performances after a big break from the concerts. Guns n Roses and Calvin Harris were the headliners of the Coachella 2016 festival.
According to Billboard, the Coachella 2016 festival has sold 198,000 tickets and made a huge amount of $84 million. The festival is produced by AEG Live division Golden Voice.
As per the information from Forbes, The Golden Voice also produces the Desert Trip Festival, which earned a sum of $160 million. The ticket rate of Coachella 2017 festival ranges from $399 to $899 and the sale starts from Jan 4, 2017.
The other full lineup to be expected in Coachella 2017 festival will be Hans Zimmer, the XX, Father John Misty, Bon Iver, New Order, DJ Snake, Travis Scott, The Head & The Heart, Gucci Mane, Justice, Future Islands, DJ Khaled, Two Door Cinema Club, Schoolboy Q, Porter Robinson, Empire of the Sun, Car Seat Headrest, FourTet, Survive, Kaytranada, Whitney, Real Estate, Preoccupations, Floating Points, Hans Zimmer, Lil Uzi Vert, Devendra Banhart, GoldLink and Travis Scott.
On the opening Friday night of Coachella 2017 Festival, Radiohead will be the headliner of the night. Saturday and Sunday will be headlined by Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar respectively. So much of exciting things are awaited in Coachella this year.
