Jamie Foxx Attacked By Unknown Assailants At A Los Angeles Restaurant; Nurses Eye After Attack

What could have gone wrong? Well, that's what all Jamie Foxx fans might have been wondering after the news was reported. According to reports, Foxx had taken to the social media giant, Instagram to share a video of him getting attacked inside a posh restaurant in Los Angeles.

TMZ had posted the disturbing video online, on Saturday, which showed that the actor was attacked by a fellow diner while he was enjoying dinner with his friends at West Hollywood hotspot Catch LA . According to US Weekly, the diner first came to their table to complain that they were being too loud and is believed to have hit the actor.

As per the eye witnesses, the arguments got heated up soon between the diner and his friends. However, Foxx, 49,was seen to have been the middle man when he was hit by the diner. Some of the other eye witnesses also mentioned that the actor and his friends entered into a heated confrontation at the restaurant.

According to E! News, Jamie posted a video on Monday along with his statement. As per the Instagram video, Foxx is seen holding a towel over his eye and said, "F--k. The word is out, man. I know y'all heard about this s--t and saw some videos. I just want to address what happened on Saturday from my perspective."

Foxx added that all he wanted to do was keep an open eye on the things happening and shows off his eye. Damn, the audience gets to see how good a prankster he is. Well, he certainly was enjoying the joke too! The actor also made it clear about the allegations made on him  and mentioned he wanted to clear the air and so he had posted the video.

He clearly mentioned that all was well and there is absolutely nothing to worry for his fans. He further showed off the poster of his latest flick Sleepless and asked his fans to hit the theater. No wonder he used the incident well enough to promote his flick, smart move!
