LeEco To Showcase Its First Ever Action Camera; The Liveman C1 Can Record 4K Videos At 30fps
LeEco is a Chinese brand having product lineups such as LeEco Le 1, LeEco Le 2 and more smartphones under its brand. Well, keeping up with the fast growing pace in the technological space, LeEco is here with Liveman C1 which is an action camera capable of recording 4K videos at 30fps.
Although it is not similar to Yi 4K+ that can record 4K videos at 60fps, the LeEco Liveman C1 weigh just 67 grams and sports a 1.8" TFT touchscreen. The device features a MicroHDMI port and a microSD card slot. Further, the device appears to be more aesthetic with control buttons on either side. The device gets its power from a 1,050mAh battery capable of withstanding the 4K video recordings for several hours.
The camera aspect of LeEco Liveman C1 is a 13-megapixel sensor with built-in 140-degree wide-angle lens that can record 4K videos in wide-angle. The device has a built-in G-sensor to sense out movement and automatically start recording. Further, LeEco Liveman C1 can withstand water pressure at 40-meters and it remains waterproof.
BGR reports a striking resemblance of Liveman C1 with Yi 4K where both the devices can record 4K videos at 30 frames per second. However, it terms of specifications, Liveman C1 surpasses the Yi 4K. LeEco revealed the new action camera to compete with the products offered by GoPro and Yi Technology.
Gadgets360 quoted the release date for Liveman C1 on January 28 in China, however, the official price and release date for other markets remains undisclosed. The new 4K video recording makes videos extremely clear and with improved fps, the clarity is further enhanced.
