Two of Square Enix's long-awaited projects for PS4, "Kingdom Hearts 3" and "Final Fantasy VII Remake" will take longer to release than expected. Both titles are widely known and loved by gamers worldwide. Especially "Final Fantasy VII" which first introduced back in 1997 for PS1. And since then it's been regarded as the best entry in "Final Fantasy" franchise. While 'Kingdom Hearts' hit consoles a bit later around 2000's with PS2.

IGN released a report that states the director of the games, Tetsuya Nomura in an interview that both games are still in development. This statement is sure to make the fans who've been waiting for this games release a little disappointed though. But Nomura further add that they will showcase the games in this year's gaming event to tell the gamers that they (the developer) is working hard to meet the fans expectations. With a few surprises here and there from Square Enix themselves.

According to Gematsu, the interview with Tetsuya Nomura had plenty of info about the games.  He states "While I can't make a sweeping statement because the development process is different from what we've done so far, there are still worlds untouched. In terms of the state of development, there is still some way to go."for "Kingdom Hearts 3" progress. And about "Final Fantasy VII". "We're steadily progressing on production. While we are making them, I apologize that the wait will be a bit longer for "Kingdom Hearts III" and "Final Fantasy VII" Remake. I am very sorry, but to that degree I will make a game that will meet your expectations."

Both "Kingdom Hearts" and "Final Fantasy VII" have a nostalgic feeling to gamers worldwide. And both have their expectations to meet. With new generations of consoles, gamers expect the visual and gameplay perfectly fit today's technological features.
