The first common ailments cold, sinusitis and bronchitis are mentioned by Brewer to actually be cured through Pelargonium. She then swears that the effectiveness would be seen in just 12 hours. It was advised to take Pelargonium three days until the symptoms stop.

Pain is described to be the second most common as it is experienced in various parts of our bodies. The doctor then advised to take herbal medicines rather than paracetamols and ibuprofens because of its side effects that include liver and heart damages. The Devil’s Claw is advised for joint and muscle pain and the traditional turmeric known for its anti-inflammatory effects which promote joint health. Feverfew is also advised for migraine pain.

Indigestion would be the third common event experiences by a person. Milk thistle is then advised by Brewer as the first aid for upset stomachs since it has antioxidant protection. Silicolgel is also mentioned as well for a soothing gas relief.

For people who experience anxiety and mood swings, it is identified by Brewer that herbal medicine, St John's Wort or an amino acid called 5-HTP could help lift the mood. Yet, she strongly advises that a person’s prescribed antidepressants should not be taken along with natural antidepressants.

Lastly, she advised that people who experience insomnia could treat it by Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT.) She also advised that the most effective way is herbal medicine, Valerian since it reduces stress and calms the brain for sleep to come peacefully.

The Alternative Daily also noted that another natural way known to cure multiple ailments are artichokes. One benefit of the artichoke is the liver’s protection. Artichokes are also known to cure irregular bowel movement since it stimulates the gallbladder which is in charge of proper digestion of fats.

Artichokes are also vegetables known to cure hangovers. Simply chewing it would help since it has liver protection and cleansing capabilities. It is also said it might cure cancer cells and it is also said it is good for the heart.
