The researchers discovered that vegetarians have 12% lower risk of death from any origins thannon-vegetarians.

A separate study was conducted to prove whether a vegetarian would render a little risk of early death in the Australian citizens. Australia is a central of largest evolving study about healthy aging in the southern hemisphere as based in the Sax Institute's 45 and Up Study.

A mob of over 260,000 men and women aged 45 and above in New South Wales participated. A total of 267,180 men and women were tracked for an average of over six years. During the follow-up span of time, 16,836 participants died.

The risks of early death among vegetarians and non-vegetarians were compared but there's no statistical difference found. Given that the scopes of other factors causing death were regulated. The analysis of data suggests that vegetarians didn't support lower risk of early death compared with their non-vegetarian colleagues.
