Kim Kardashian Pregnant With Twins - Report

Kim Kardashian and her equally famous husband, Kanye West, are expecting twins, according to a "well-placed" source. However, the celebrity couple is still mum about the news as a sign of respect to Bruce or the newly announced Caitlyn, reports New York Daily News.

According to Life and Style magazine, one of the reasons the Wests are keeping quiet about their twin pregnancy is because they want to let Caitlyn have the spotlight right now. Catilyn was recently featured on the cover of Vanity Fair, marking Bruce's new life as a woman.

The second reason the star couple is keeping mum is because they want to make sure the babies live to full term. The well-placed source talked with Confidenti@l from NY Daily News about Kim's feelings over her second pregnancy.

"Kim has told a handful of people that she had in vitro and that two eggs are fertilized. She is waiting to see if they 'stick' before she makes any kind of announcement," the source said. "She has to wait and see if they are both OK. And she is waiting to get an OK from her doctor that both the fertilized eggs are healthy."

Kim's difficulty with getting pregnant was well-documented on the latest season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." She was reluctant at first to document the pregnancy struggle, but later changed her mind, reports Starcasm.

"I didn't know that I was going to be so open with [my fertility challenges]," the reality star told Glamour in a recent interview. "But meeting people at my fertility doctor's office who are going through the same things I'm going through, I thought, 'Why not share my story?' It's been really emotional."

As of now, Kim has only told her mom, sisters and husband that she is pregnant with twins, reports NY Daily News.

Even though Kim is a little cautious about announcing the twin pregnancy because of fear that she will not carry them full-term, she has already tweeted about her morning sickness.

On June 2, Kim tweeted: "So F***king sick today on all levels!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHH I can't deal!!!!!!!!!! Praying I get through the day!"

Aside from hinting about her pregnancy on Twitter, Kim West also addressed rumors about her previously reported desire to use a surrogate, according to News.com.au.

On June 3, she tweeted: "Please! This is the type of stuff I will address. If I got a surrogate I would say I did! Thankfully I didn't have 2..."

If all goes well, the celeb couple can expect baby number 2 and 3 in the next couple of months.
