Victoria Secret supermodel, Miranda Kerr, has revealed her top diet and beauty secrets, which are listed below:

1. Green Tea Facial

According to Celebrity Health Fitness, Kerr, 32, has claimed that one of the easiest and cheapest ways to get beautifully smooth skin is a green tea facial. Kerr steams her face with green tea once or twice a week.

For the facial, Miranda instructs: "Fill your basin with a jug of freshly boiled water, add an organic green tea bag to the water, place your head over the basin and cover with a large towel. Let the steam envelope your face for a few minutes to open your pores."

2. Noni Juice

The supermodel has been drinking noni juice since childhood and still drinks it everyday. She has been known to publicly praise the drink. 

Orlando Bloom's ex-wife credits noni juice for her flawless complexion. Body and Soul states that the health drink contains over 177 vitamins and minerals.

3. Dry Body Brushing Before Showers

Miranda once told Stylist UK: "Dry body brushing is an integral part of my daily regime. It's a great way to get the circulation going, remove dead skin cells, aid lymphatic drainage, detoxify your system and keep your skin smooth all over..."

4. An Organic Diet

According to Body and Soul, Kerr was raised in an organic household and has held on to those beliefs and habits. The Victoria Secret model eats plenty of antioxidant-rich foods, but still treats herself to the occasional cheat day.

Her favorite guilty pleasure is fried chicken. Kerr, who finished a degree in nutrition, says: "Moderation and knowing what's good for you is the key to staying healthy and looking your best, without feeling like your are deprived."

5. Daily Exercise Routine

Miranda makes sure she does at least an hour of yoga every morning, reports Celebrity Health Fitness.

In addition to yoga, Kerr's daily workout routine includes: low-impact cardio, resistance and functional exercise and high-energy training like boxing or running, reports the Examiner.

6. Healthy Mind, Healthy Body

Miranda believes that the mind should be just as healthy as the body, reports Body and Soul. She keeps affirmations beside her bed, so she can pick one every morning.

The celebrity mother of one says: "...I decide to really 'be' the affirmation and really live that thought for the entire day. By making affirmations part of my every day life, I feel more centered and inspired."
