Kim Kardashian is allegedly getting plastic surgery done while pregnant with baby number two, according to the latest rumors.

Mrs. West was recently seen wearing a skintight black Balmain dress with her baby bump barely visible, the Daily Mail reports. The expecting mother was attending a Commonwealth Club of California event, which was held in Castro Theatre.

The E! reality star is hardly showing and still looks in tip-top shape for a woman who is already four months pregnant. News of Kim scheduling frequent doctor's appointments have lead people to believe that she is getting some beauty treatments done to maintain her flawless look.

Kim's undeniable "pregnancy glow" is igniting the rumors that she is indeed going under the knife. According to Hollywood Life, an In Touch magazine insider claims:

"[Kim normally] gets Botox and fillers every three months. She got injectables all the time [before her pregnancy], so she never gets a wrinkle or a crease and so she has full lips and high cheekbones. It's her signature look."

Kim also allegedly had some work done while pregnant with her daughter, North West. The insider claims that Kim sees no harm in getting some work done while pregnant with her son, seeing that her daughter turned out healthy.

The source at In Touch magazine, who is reportedly a close family friend, said, "[Kim] sees a healthy child when she looks at North. So why would she worry that getting [plastic surgery] done during pregnancy hurt anyone?"

Despite the insider's claims, Kim's personal rep debunked rumors that she has scheduled or received any kind of plastic surgery, reports Gossip Cop. Even if the 34-year-old star wanted plastic surgery, no plastic surgeon would probably approve the procedure.

While receiving plastic surgery is usually up to the patient, Baby Med states that very few plastic surgeons will perform plastic surgery on a pregnant woman.

Dr. Matthew Schulman, a certified plastic surgeon, told In Touch that women are not allowed to get mag fillers and Botox done while pregnant and lactating.

According to Baby Med, undergoing plastic surgery while pregnant has the same risks of any normal surgical procedure. However, there are issues with anesthesia, fetal monitoring, and post-surgical medications, which could affect the unborn baby.

The site adds that surgeons will usually refuse performing plastic surgery on pregnant women. Pregnancy tests are administered prior to surgery, so surgeons will always know if a patient is pregnant.
