Jennifer Lopez diet & fitness secrets: JLo flaunts sexy body during 'American Idol' auditions
"American Idol' is set to premiere its fifteenth and final season this coming January 2016 and in honor of the final judging season, Jennifer Lopez has showcased her fit physique in a head-turning ensemble.
In an Instagram post, J-Lo asks her fans if they are ready for the final season of the beloved talent search reality show but the 46-year-old has temporarily made her fans forget about the show as they ogled her tight, navy blue mini dress which highlighted her curvy physique and toned legs.
Celebrity Health and Fitness shares that the multitalented singer credits her vegan diet as the key to her weight loss success. Although she is no longer practicing a strict vegan diet, she continuously try to incorporate vegetables and fruits to her diet whenever she can. Her diet has been inspired by the 22-day vegan diet Beyonce took last December 2013.
Marco Borges, a celebrity trainer, exercise physiologist and who also happens to be J-Lo's personal nutritionist, is the creator and designer of the 22 Days Vegan Protein Bars. These are rumored to be the favorite go-to snack bars of most celebrities. Furthermore, Borges is also the author of The 22-Day Revolution vegan plan, another favorite diet plans of his celebrity clients.
Hollywood Life reports that the diva tries to workout whenever she can, although she admits that it is no longer as hardcore as it used to be. The American Idol judge reveals that she starts her day with an 80-calorie protein shake from Body Lab to keep her going.
People Magazine writes that as part of J-Lo's workout routine with her trainer, Tracy Anderson, she always includes circuit training, cardio and any workout her trainer asks her to do. Anderson said that for people to avoid getting bored with the routine, it needs to be often switched and mixed up.
Lastly, Anderson shares in Celebrity Health and Fitness that Jlo practices the Tracy Anderson method which is roughly a mix of muscle structure workout and alternately use nine to 13 exercises every ten days. High-intensity cardio through dancing and light strength-training plus repetitions of tiny weight lifting are also involved. Best of all, the Tracy Anderson Method can be done in 30 days which makes it even better for celebrities to amp up their workout without getting strained or too bored to follow a routine.
Anderson reveals that besides J-Lo, this regimen has also helped celebrity A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, and Ashley Greene.
