Mercedes Benz has been reported to unveil its first full-sized convertible in the last 44 years, the S-Class Cabriolet, to the public on September during the Frankfurt Motor Show. However, as an added bonus for fans, the company has recently provided a sneak peak of what the public can see on the inside of the luxurious car.

The Motor Report writes that it will be the most comfortable and convenient cabriolet in the world and will have the most luxurious, optional red and black leather trimmings, pin-striped dash pieces, and a personalized Designo design.

The new convertible will follow in the footsteps of the other topless Mercedes Benz models, with features and specs like the following:
• AirCap automatic wind protection
• AirScarf neck-level heating
• Heated armrest and seats for the front and rear
• Intelligent, automatic climate control system

Furthermore, Motoring Australia adds that the S-Class Cabriolet is rumored to include the largest folding fabric roof, something obviously borrowed from the S-Class Couple models. This soft-top roof will also feature a glass rear window perfect for looking at the sky when the weather is gloomy or downcast.

An advanced suspension which can tilt the S-Class Cabriolet to bend like a motorcycle is also rumored to exist. This state-of-the-art technology for air suspension will covet a camera to help scan the road to make the ride as comfortable as possible through the use of hydraulic dampers.

Art of Gears adds that this new model from Mercedes Benz is really trying to see how much consumers are willing to spend on the S-Class. With the availability of the Maybach S600 and Maybach Pullman, car enthusiasts have a lot of options presented to them. Add the S-Class Cabriolet, which will soon be the darling of Hollywood's A-list, it will probably be the IT car everyone would wish to have.

Car Advice reports that the luxury car brand is expected to offer two engine variants—the S500 and AMG S63 which will be powered by twin turbocharged, one that can hold 4.6 liters while the other to hold 5.5 liters. Speculations that a 6.0-liter V12 AMG S65 is also in the works can be a bit much of a stretch but fans may be expecting it out of excitement.
