Kale and Tofu Omelet

Ingredients:
A fourth of a block of tofu, diced
1 large egg
2 large eggwhites
A cup of kale, chopped
A cup of skimmed milk
30 grams of shredded cheddar

Half a scoop rice protein
Half a scoop pea protein
1 medium-sized banana
