Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris split: Scottish DJ slams rumors; threatens to sue for defamation

Calvin Harris, 31, took to his Twitter account to rant about suing for defamation regarding the rumors of him and his "ended" relationship with pop songstress Taylor Swift.
"It's not going to be a 'happy ending' for everyone I sue for defamation of character for all these bulls--- stories bye bye," Harris tweeted.
Even Swift's bff Selena Gomez shot down the rumors saying that she would be the first to find out.
"I think I would have found that out," said Gomez to Andy Cohen on his radio show, as reported by the New York Daily News.
The outlet noted that the "Come & Get It" singer did not know about the rumor until it was pointed out to her.
"I didn't even know—is that a rumor? Oh gosh, of course. This is honestly so stupid," Gomez replied.
Everyone close to Swift except the singer herself had any comment. Even her publicist, Tree Paine, dispelled the rumors.
"I've said it before and I'm saying it again, do not believe Radar Online," Paine recently tweeted.
It was revealed that the story came from tabloid Radar Online where it alleged that Swift caught Harris leaving a Thai massage parlor, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
The tabloid in question wrote: "Taylor Swift just got some fresh material for her next album! RadarOnline.com has learned that the singer has dumped her DJ boyfriend of roughly six months, Calvin Harris, after he was caught leaving a Thai massage parlor!"
Radar Online reported that an insider saw Harris go inside a Thai massage parlor to get "service." After pictures were posted, Swift allegedly confronted the Scottish DJ and it was reported that Harris lied to her about his personal masseuse getting sick and said that he needed to have his shoulder massaged. Because of this, Swift reportedly broke up with Harris. The DJ "attempted" to get back Swift but was shunned so he reportedly went to Vegas instead.
However, despite the rumors, the two are still together. In July, Harris revealed to KISS FM UK that things with Swift are "going absolutely fantastic," reports E! Online.
He finds their relationship "interesting," and Harris contines, "because obviously there's different things written about it every day and even if we don't do anything sort of publicly for a while, someone will make something up, and there will be some sort of story...It gets more and more ridiculous!"
