Apple's iPad Pro is coming this November. Unlike the brand's other iPads, the Pro is primarily designed as a work machine.

According to 9to5Mac, the new tablet will be sold in Apple's retail stores and online beginning Nov. 11.

Fox News said the iPad Pro is Apple's largest tablet to date, measuring a whopping 12.9 inches, slightly smaller than the 13 inch MacBook laptops. It features a screen resolution with 5.6 million pixels, offering users to multi-task and view and access two apps at the same time by using the Split View feature.

"It's the most capable and powerful iPad we've ever created," Apple's CEO Tim Cook said during the product announcement in Sept.

Fox News says it will also feature a different chip, the A9x. This particular chip is expected to be twice as fast as its predecessors.

In a report by 9toMac, the iPad Pro 32GB and 128GB models can connect via WiFi only while the 128GB model is LTE-ready. Prices start at $799 for the 32GB version, while for the 128GB model, prices will start at $1000.

Both the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard will also be launched on the same date says Engadget but will be sold separately. The optional accessories are priced at $99 and $169 respectively.

According to a separate report by 9toMac, the Apple Pencil can be charged by plugging the stylus to the bottom of the iPad Pro. The Verge says plugging it for 30 seconds will give the Apple stylus a 15 minute charge.

Apple plans to offer an adapter that will allow users to charge the device via a wall adapter or the USB port of any computer says 9to5Mac.

Updating to the iOS 9.1 is necessary to make the stylus and keyboard work on other Apple devices, says Fox News.

A selected number of tech bloggers who got to test drive the new tablet, have posted their reviews online. For some, its massive size means it is not designed to be used while standing or moving around.

"With its 2,732-by-2,048 screen, I can see iPad Pro being a big deal for artists, architects, educators, and CAD designers. As for everyone else, I think the enterprise software needs to come before we can see this one flourish," Sascha Segan said on PCMag.

There is no mention as to whether the company will make the tablet available for preorders.
