In the last episode of "Doctor Who," fans around the world are in tears as Clara sacrificed herself for Rigsy, a graffiti artist who was accused of murder.
Just before she was sure of her terrible fate, she told the Doctor (Peter Capaldi): "I know what you're capable of. You don't be a warrior. Promise me. Be a Doctor."

According to CNN, there are no news yet as to who is replacing Jenna Coleman. The actress had a good run as she had three seasons being the Doctor's companion, the longest than anyone in the entire franchise.
Who could be the 12th Doctor's next companion? We have 5 women who are on our wish list:
1.) Alex Kingston (River Song)
She is the Doctor's wife and a time traveler herself so it would make sense for her to be the next companion. According to TV Insider, she is also the daughter of Amy and Rory Pond, the Doctor's former companions. Song appeared in this series and met the 12th Doctor incarnation for the first time.
2.) Rose Leslie
There have been rumors that Rose Leslie, who is known for her role as Ygritte the wilding in HBO's "Game of Thrones," will be replacing Coleman. According to the Mirror, Leslie has the highest bet in favor to her at 14/1 via online betting website Ladbrokes.
3.) Hayley Atwell
Best known as Marvel's Peggy Carter, Hayley Atwell has expressed interest not being the companion but being the Timelord (Timelady?) herself. When she was asked by a fan during a Twitter Q&A of the prospect of being of being on the show, the actress replied: "I'd like to BE Doctor Who."
According to Entertainment Weekly, Steven Moffat has not reached a decision about having a female Doctor. For all we know, Atwell could be the first Timelady or the equally important assistant.
4.) Carrey Mulligan (Sally Sparrow)
Everyone who watches the show knows about the Weeping Angels. Carrey Mulligan once appeared as Sally Sparrow on "Blink," the episode where we first knew about the angels, according to Spark Notes. According to Den of Geek, the possibility of Sparrow-Doctor tandem may be a possibility.
5.) Maisie Williams (Immortal Ashildir)
It was hinted by the 12 Doctor actor Peter Capaldie himself that Maisie Williams might be the next companion. Williams is known for her role as Arya Stark in "Game of Thrones." She made a recent appearance on series 9 and Capaldi was all praises for the actress.
According to Bristol Post, Capaldi was asked of the possibility of Williams being the next companion, to which the actor said: "I can't answer questions like that but Maisie is fantastic, she's been in Game of Thrones since she was 12 and is very assured."
