The pop princess did it again! Entertainment Weekly reported that Spears shared three sultry video teasers on Monday.

Spears did not add any caption in her post. However, many believe that she has a new album coming up. Per the report, the "Baby One More Time" singer confirmed last November that she is working on a new album.
So, what did Spears do to get a slimmer and sexier frame?
Examiner reported that the "Oops! I Did it Again" singer follows a low-carb diet and rigorous workouts. She does yoga, boxing and running on the treadmill to lose weight.
"I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio - hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez," Spears disclosed.
"Yoga promoted relaxation and natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing one's appetite," said Mandy Ingber in an exclusive interview. Ingber is also Jennifer Aniston's yoga instructor and the author of the bestseller book "Yogalosophy."
The songstress is a workout fanatic. She admitted that she is already in her 30s and that she needs to work harder to keep up. She once did 1,000 crunches a day. However, she also admitted that she also needs motivation at times to do her routine.
"Trying to get up and go work out in the morning [is my biggest challenge every day]," Spears said. "Sometimes it's hard to be motivated. But once you get up and do it you feel like you've conquered the world."
Aside from working out, the "Toxic" singer is cautious on her food intake. She admitted that dieting is a challenge to her because she loves fatty food.
"Dieting is tough because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies," Spears said. "I try not to make those too often or I'll eat the whole bowl of dough."
