Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone look hotter than ever for La La Land ; Here's their fitness secrets!

One of the hottest Hollywood love teams Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone are preparing for their upcoming movie La La Land that will be shown this December. Both of them are looking hot as they are both very fit and healthy.

Ryan Gosling, who is married with kids to actress Eva Mendes has been in his best shape. His secret is that, two hours of workout per session. He also gets tips from the celebrity trainer Kui Puk for his fitness routine. He also does Muay Thai and boxing.

As reported by Food 4 Better Life, Kui Puk talked about the diet and workout that he creates for Gosling way back in 2012. He shared that Ryan Gosling is very easy to work with.

He added, "Ryan's disciplined and enthusiastic, and above all, he loves his training."Some of the big stars come in here for two hours and try to conduct business on their cell phone while they're here. But not Ryan."

Kui Polk shared one of Ryan Gosling's routines:

Bench Press: 3 sets - 8 reps

Chin Ups: 3 sets - 5 reps

Bicep curls: 3 sets - 10 reps

Reverse dumbbell lunges: 3 sets - 5 reps

Triceps extension: 3 sets - 10 reps

Barbell squats: 3 sets - 8 reps

Meanwhile, as for Emma Stone, she achieved her body with proper eating habits and regular exercise. It is also known that Stone drinks 7 glasses of Lemonade a day. But she hates the idea of too much workout and fad diets.

She even said, "I would be crazy to sit here and tell you that I have never thought about it. But, I never can beat myself up about it. I definitely am not restrictive. You are a human being, you live once and life is wonderful, so eat the damn red velvet cupcake."

Healthy Celeb revealed some of her workouts includes Rock Climbing, Pilates and Walking. It seems that the two are hot and ready for the Premier of La La Land this December.
