TENNA green-lights Asus Z01HDA: 4GB RAM, dual-lens camera, Snapdragon 625 SoC, and more

Good news to all Asus fans! The tech giant is about to announce its latest addition named "Asus Z01HDA." TENAA, the Chinese Telecommunication Authority finally gave the nod to the new smartphone which has full packed with serious stuff like Snapdragon 625 SoC.

The new Asus smartphone will be available is three RAM variants: 2GB, 3GB, and 4GB. The device runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC which deciphers as a powerful configuration.

The smartphone will launch in three storage options as well. It will have three storage variations: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. A photo depicting Asus Z01HDA leaked online according to which it features a dual-camera setup. However, TENAA said the device has one 16MP rear camera setup, GSMArena stated.

The counter news doing the rounds is that the upcoming smartphone ought to have a ZenFone 3 Zoom moniker meaning which it will have 13 MP + 12.2 MP dual rear camera setup. Apart from camera configuration, the upcoming device ought to have 13MP front camera.

The device has a 5.5" display with the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow supporting its operation. To curb with low battery life, Asus will offer massive 4,850 mAh battery which is capable of a day-long battery life subjected to usage. Similar to ZenFone moniker, the device has a fingerprint sensor at the back panel which makes it look classy.

Although the configuration is upgraded, if the leaked photos are true, the smartphone lacks the feel of a ZenFone that comes in a lustrous front and back panel which will fail to impress masses. The smartphone has a slightly slimmer width of 7.99mm. The smartphone will have the dimension of 154.3*77*7.99mm.

PiGadget further escalation that the new smartphone weighs just 170g and will be available in Luxury Gold, Crafts Silver, and Navy Black color variants. Asus will uncover the exact name of the upcoming smartphone next year in 2017. There are no rumors or speculations that could estimate the price of Asus ZO1HDA, however, waiting for Asus is worthy.
