The Walking Dead has sustained to move forward as it has drawn nearer to the focal point of the battle. The episode's finale has arrived and the ball is now rolling in the middle of the seasons' denouement.

However, the most significant development to watch out would be Carl's relationship with Negan. This scene would surely catch the limelight as Carl leaped in a truck to defeat the big bad. He would lay him down all alone,

It has been observed that this season has the show's downturn of ratings, which took place after the premiere's disputed cliff-hanger. However, the installment of this week's plot could be the key to the escalation of its rating. Hopefully, this would put the series to bring the motion back.

With this zombie-dosed drama, many things had happened, it might lead to Rick regarding how he would deal about what Carl and Negan had. Supposedly this season has to be epic, rather than a dominion of darkness, horrible toil as in hopeless, and deteriorated as it walked with a footslog for the characters would never stop from splitting off from the group.

It revolved around the ceaseless split off which dragged us along on journeys that would only sometimes brought us any real payoff. It exactly never break that mold this week because of numerous splitting of story lines: first- the journey of Carl to Negan's compound, second-Michonne exerted effort to hijack a car to retain her place, third- a brief road trip of Spencer with Gabriel, fourth-Rosita who had a feud with Eugene regarding making a bullet, fifth- the finding of stuff for Negan, Rick and Aaron run over the woods, and the sixth- Dwight who had his hands wringing being under Negan's thumb, he turned to be a lead character.

With the midseason finale, fans have seen the seven episodes, however not to exaggerate during those episodes not much of consequence has transpired. Besides the two deaths which occurred in the premiere, wherein many had suggested that it has to be set on air the first place in Season 6.

Conclusively, it looked like we would be getting somewhere. For if something would sprout, it could be that Rick has turned pathetic and he will be home and would find out Negan sat on the porch, felt the cold breeze with Carl and played with baby Judith said Romper.

For the viewers to get that focal and final point, it took few scenes like: Negan's men would be in danger as Carl shot them who tried to snuff out the leather-clad big bad. Unluckily, Carl had made a typical mistake which was to allow a villain to discourse and that had given Dwight the chance to take Carl down, just as what happened in the comics.

However, doubtfully Negan had more in mind for Carl compared to the remorseless death by Lucille. Rather, he would show the compound to Carl and they would bond together. A bit of sadism then will be shown as Negan would demand Carl to sing him a song, such as what transpired in The Lion King when Scar forced Zazu to sing.

Negan then would ask Carl to remove his bandage for him to mock at the exposed eye socket it hides. However, Negan would end up feeling bad about his ridicule when Carl starts to cry, same with what is stated in the comics. They ended up piling into a truck and driving back to the safe zone, Alexandria. Negan decided to make himself at home in the absence of Rick. Hereafter, Negan settled onto the porch with Judith and Carl, according to MoviePilot.

As speculated, Rick would come back and catch in sight his kids with Negan. That sight would be so annoying and would be enough for Rick to have the belief that servility and dependency to Negan is the only choice he has. While the Walking Dead map continues to extend, potential allies are getting enormous and have sprout out and work together with Alexandria, if they would choose to fight.

The spectators of the TV series hoped that it would go like that because aside from many other reasons, but the fact that this season has been heavy on set-up arguably on filler and on plot very lightly. Thus, this season needed to have the focus on the plot. Mostly, the blame was on how the group has been scattered to the wind.

This complain is almost the same with how the fans intuited about Season 4 which impression echoed all throughout. Season 4 had footslogged whose plot has been unbalanced. Way back to Season 4, at least that season showed that the characters were united by their goal: finding one another.

With the recent season, the heroes were consist of a mass of sweaty people who paced spiral narratives with so many twisting like chickens when their heads were cut off. Rick, Carol, and Maggie were fans' favorite but sad to say that had only a very little screen time. Whereas Tara and even Rosita who were relatively unknown had more exposure.

Therefore, if the aim is to kill Negan, it would never happen. Yet a twist has to be discovered and what they would do with Morgan is for the fans to set their eyes to the finale that has arrived that was full of excitement, full of tension and full of blood, said Independent.

Optimistically, at least a few of these thin solid pieces in the midseason finale would be mend and had  Rick back to where he belongs as a fighter who is in the battle mode. Regardless of what they had in mind for the next season, fans had known that Jeffrey Dean Morgan who played Negan would remain in Season 8 as a villain.
