Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian may not allow Blac Chyna to enjoy the business perks of the Kardashian empire even after giving birth to Rob's son and considering being married to him in the future.
Rumors came up when the Blac, with her real name Angela Renee, filed for a copyright of her would-be new name, Angela Renee Kardashian. This move, however, was blocked by the Kardashian sisters with the firms that represent them-Khloemoney Inc., 2Die4Kourt and Kimsaprincess Inc for reasons that it will cause "irreparable injury" to their reputation as reality TV celebrities and the business trademarks they have.
According to Los Angeles-based entertainment lawyer, Larry Zerner, in a report by People, the trademark may give the impression that Blac's association with the Kardashians may have only existed in a "business way, not just in a family way."
It was on Wednesday when the rapper's lawyer, Walter Mosley filed the trademark for his client and even admitted to the media source that it was 'a shock' for him but still supported Chyna for her actions saying that indeed, Renee Angela is her real name and "it's not poaching."
The Kardashians response to block Blac's application caused Chyna's outspoken mom, to vent her feelings on Instagram on Instagram as she aired support for her daughter, Eonline reported.
Tokyo Toni continued to praise her daughter saying she is "an ambassador to all women today."
In its latest update of the Kardashian trademark drama, Mail Online mentioned that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have already reached out to Rob Kardashian's fiancee assuring her that their reaction is purely in accordance to legal standard procedures and not in a way to show that they are "singling her out."
Meanwhile, Inquisitr reported that a source close to the Kardashians said that things between Blac Chyna, Rob, their newborn daughter and the rest of the Kardashians have "been fantastic" and the trademark drama is just a "misunderstanding."
