Bill Cosby is reportedly struggling to come out of his criminal sexual assault trial after he had been into what he considered once as light as one of his comedian shows but the noose is tightening around the neck of the comedian, and there seems no chance left for him.

The sources close to him narrate that he is trying his best to escape the real outcome of his sexual assaults and other sex crimes. However, prison seems to be his ultimate destiny despite his struggle!

Cosby is crossing the 79th year of his not-so-proud life carved with sexual crimes like raping and dragging more than 50 women and facing a criminal trial on three felony counts of rude assault of a University student Andrea Constand.

His wife Camille and family are sure that Cosby has no strong point to convince a jury to let him off. However, they hope that he will only be eligible for a sentence of probation that eliminates his fear of dying in prison, reports Daily Mail.

A source close to the family of Cosby reports that they are hoping and presuming that the district attorney will consider Cosby's age, his paying off millions to the victim and end of his career and thus, he will win a plea deal.

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office refused to comment on the case.

Governor Jerry Brown signed a new bill called SB813 in California on Wednesday, which is reported by Perez Hilton as a big step towards the correct track, that ten years statute of limitations comes to an end for prosecuting some specific child molestation and rape cases.

Cosby's case of alleged sexual assaults has inspired the new measures in California. Many of his crimes came to light decades after. However, still, many of his rape victims will not be able to find help in this new piece of legislation.

The old comedian is now facing a criminal case in Pennsylvania and a civil suit in California from a woman who accuses him of molesting her when she was only 15 years old, at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.

The district attorney refuses to comment on his case or speak about a possible plea deal, but if it happens and chances of it are nil to little, it will be stirring news.

If not justice, Cosby's victims can find some solace in the fact that Cosby now is living in a hell of his own. He is blind because of degenerative eye disease.

Disgraced Cosby is now suffering from loneliness, defamation, loss and disrespect; it is apparent that he is caught up by karma and is left with no one at his side except his wife and few of his paid lawyers!
