‘The Vampire Diaries’ Season 8 Spoilers: Mystic Falls Finale, ‘Delena’ Reunion to Happen? Nina Dobrev Speaks About Her Return

Adieu, fan favorite Ian Somerhalder known for “The Vampire Diaries” lead actor Matt Damon. As the season 8 finale’s final episodes are all the rage, so as the farewell of the beloved supernatural series. But, the series’ finale would be much worth it if Elena Gilbert would return per the decision of the voluptuous actress Nina Dobrev.

With that said, despite break up last 2013, the ever anticipated Somerhalder-Dobrev reunion is hinted to be showcased in the season’s finale. Since last week’s episode "We Have History Together" teased some of Elena’s past, no confirmation had yet been voiced by Nina about her return in the season’s finale.

That aside, Korea Portal reported that executive producer Julie Plec stated in her interview with EW that she is 100 percent sure that she wants Nina to come back in the series as she also knows that in return Nina wants to come back as well. She stated that “Nina has always said she’d be happy to return for a series finale.” On top of that, the EP also mentioned that some characters like Taylor Kinley would be returning in the finale while some cast in just flashbacks.

More so, Buddy TV reported that while Nina was promoting her upcoming film “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage,” she already answered the ever lying question on whether would she come back for the season finale. She then states "I haven't ever told secrets in the past and I'm definitely not going to start now. Sorry guys, I'm not allowed to talk about that." Her answer seemed much better instead of denying the fan’s hope of seeing her Mystic Falls come back.

Amid the conspiracies, Speculations have been wavering lately as Kat Graham uploads an on-set photo of her who seems to be donned in a wedding slash bridesmaid dress. The photo was shadowy enough not to reveal any details about what she is wearing. Since Bonnie and Enzo have been taking their relationship seriously while in Paris, fans speculated that they are the couple expected to tie the knot in the season’s finale.
