'Barbie Vagina': Internet Porn To Blame For The Increase Of Women Who Wants To Have The Designer's Genital

Even plastic surgeons were surprised by a rush of women wanting to go under the knife for "Barbie vaginas." In 2015, there are about 95,000 women from all over the world who underwent the operation in 2015. Until now, there are still a large number of women who wants to have the designer genitals and the increase are to be blamed because of watching internet porn.
Obviously, having "Barbie vaginas" is far from the natural, however, the abundance of pornographic images and videos have resulted in a large number of women who wants to have an unachievable look.
The "labiaplasty", which is the term used for the plastic surgery operation, involves cutting back the inner lips to give the private part a pre-pubescent look. Despite the cost and the feeling of the procedure itself, most women overlooked the health risks that comes along with it. Unknown to many, having "Barbie vagina" can cause bleeding, infections, and scarring, as reported by Daily Mail.
"Women have become much more concerned about the appearance of their genitalia," Nolan Karp, a plastic surgeon said. "How many nude women, before the internet, would a woman see in her lifetime? Not many, you know, very carefully looking at... genitals."
Meanwhile, Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada's (SOGC) former head Dorothy Shaw said that the increase is concerning. Since the "Barbie vagina" needs to cut a piece of tissue, the operation can result in bleeding, infection, and scarring. When there is "scarring", there is a risk of having nerve endings in the affected scar tissue which causes pain and discomfort.
Unfortunately, Yahoo! reported that majority of those who undergo the knife are the younger ones. Shaw was alarmed and concerned for the teens who seems like they have little to no idea that there will still be changes in their physical development. Doing this may only cause harm to the entire body permanently.
