'Dancing With the Stars' Season 24 Contestant Nick Viall Posted His Reaction To William Shatner's Disapproval Tweets

The “Dancing With the Stars” Season 24 aired last Monday, March 20 and the “Bachelor” actor, Nick Viall was one among the contestant. But “Star Trek” alum William Shatner slammed the actor on Twitter.
According to US Weekly, Shatner already expressed his disapproval for Viall on social media before the “Dancing With the Stars” Season 24 started airing. "My goal for #DWTS is to knock Bachelor Nick out ASAP. Who is with me?" he posted on tweeter. “Whoever your favorite is - just not Nick- make the 10 phone calls for them," Shatner added.
Shatner sent not-stop tweets encouraging his fans to vote for anyone except Viall during the “Dancing With the Stars” Season 24 premier night. The “Bachelor” actor responded the following day with just a sad emoji face.
Fans asked Shatner why he hates Viall and the veteran actor replied, "He lives up to the homonym of his last name," followed by, "Leopards don't change their spots. Don't be surprised if he shows up again on paradise. I won't be."
Viall, 36 garnered a Bachelorette runner-up award twice before he proposed to Vanessa Grimaldi on the “Bachelor” Season 21 finale. The actor spoke exclusively with the news outlet after the “Dancing With the Stars” Season 24 premiere night. He shared that Grimaldi is very supportive throughout his journey on the ballroom show.
The “Bachelor” actor performed a cha-cha alongside dancing partner Peta Murgatroyd. They gained a pair score of 24 out of 40 from the judges of the “Dancing With the Stars” Season 24.
Meanwhile, the "Dancing with the Stars" Season 24 host Tom Bergeron is trying to fix the issue between Nick Viall and William Shatner, Reality TV World reported. He posted on Twitter Wednesday, March 22 saying, "Happy birthday to my pal @WilliamShatner! Any chance I can negotiate a truce between you & @viallnicholas28??"
The greeting was accompanied by a photo of Bergeron and Shatner in celebration of the latter's 86th birthday taken inside a car. "Dancing With the Stars" Season 24 airs every Monday at 8 p.m. ET only on ABC.
