Blake Shelton's Wife Miranda Lambert Stun at Academy of Country Music Awards; Winner Reveals Diet Plans to a Sexy Body

Miranda Lambert stunned the crowd when she attended the Academy of Country Music Awards sans Blake Shelton! The 31-year-old artist stepped onto the red carpet with a gray Bibhu Mohapatra gown that comes with a long side slit and a daring plunging neckline, according to E! Online.
Lambert was nominated at the show for several awards including Entertainer of the Year, Song of the Year, and Female Vocalist of the Year.
According to PEOPLE, Lambert has been revealing her sultry feminine side as of late especially in the hot video for "Little Red Wagon," which was released last month.
Even though the country star has been busy racking up nominations, she found time to write a new single, "Two of a Crime," a song for the upcoming movie Hot Pursuit starring Sofia Vergara and Reese Witherspoon.
This shows how this tough lady can rise above the pressure of her responsibilities. She then told the magazine, "I feel that it's my responsibility to kind of wave that flag for all the female artists out there.
"It takes a lot of work to get a nomination for entertainer of the year and so I'm proud to go and be that person."
In an article by US Magazine, Miranda shares her diet secrets and tips that helped her lose 45 pounds.
1.) Low-Calorie Cocktails - She makes her own "Mirandaritas," so she can skip extra sugar. The drink is made up of Bacardi rum, Sprite Zero, and raspberry lemonade-flavored Crystal Light.
2.) Eat Breakfast Every Morning
And by breakfast, Lambert means juicing. She gets her vitamins A and C through high-fiber green juices.
3.) Regular Gym
She does jumping jacks, run-walk intervals, and climbing stairs when at home. She works with her trainer when she's touring or on the road.
4.) Cheat on Food
Miranda confesses to "splurging" on fried chicken for lunch.
5.) Portion Control
Miranda told the magazine that she "simply made healthier choices," and let go of diet plans.
6.) Right Snacking
Even though the country singer adores Cheetos, she decides to trade it for snacking on nuts. Twelve whole almonds are only 80 calories. Their health benefits do not hurt, too!

"I'm more settled. I look at the world differently," the singer said.
