Bruce Jenner Dress: Photos Leaked Under Investigation; Could Lead to Lawsuit

Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer is only days away but the former Olympian just can't take any break from the paparazzi as controversial photos of him began to surface recently.
The alleged photos of Jenner were published last Tuesday in the New York Daily News with the 65-year-old in a long blue and white stripe dress. In the photos, Jenner can be seen smoking a cigarette on the patio of his home.
"Bruce chose the secluded hilltop home for a reason, to get away from the paparazzi that have hounded him for years - he was forced to call the cops on Tuesday because paps were using zoom lenses to get pictures of him in the house," an unnamed source told Radar Online.
Jenner will also "take legal action because he is fed up with the constant invasion of his privacy," the source added.
He "can't believe the gross invasion of his privacy that is taking place" as his sex change has become the talk of the country, and "finally had enough on Tuesday," the informant told Radar.
Yahoo! reports that the summoned authorities are currently finding out who the paparazzi were. The former Olympic champion could file a restraining order or take legal action against the photographers under California's law of invasion of privacy.
After CNN allegedly broadcasted the dress photographed, the network received a lot of disapproval for airing the pictures because they did not receive the rights for it. Moreover, Yahoo! reports that the network simply did it in an attempt to outdo rival news network ABC. The photograph was used in the segment called ""Caught on Camera: Bruce Jenner's New Look?" by Don Lemon, who led a panel discussion about Jenner and the transgender community.
Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer is set to be released this week. He is expected to talk about his male to female transition for the first time.
"My whole life has been getting me ready for this," Jenner tells Sawyer in the promo teaser. "It made me who I am," he reveals in the teaser video. He also admitted that he is afraid to hurt his family. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star came out to his family as a transgender last February. His family was very supportive of him and wanted him to be happy.
Bruce Jenner: The Interview will be airing this Friday on April 24, 9PM ET on ABC.
