Gwyneth Paltrow has decided to launch her own brand of ready-made organic food, along with her personal trainer and friend, Tracy Anderson.

According to the Huffington Post, Paltrow and Anderson's new food venture is named "3 Green Hearts."

The 42-year-old actress announced the launch of her own organic food line just recently, after deciding to become a lifestyle guru herself, reports Movie News Guide.

So far, the A-list actress has already written two cookbooks and launched an online lifestyle platform named Goop. This new line of ready-made organic food seems to be the next step for Paltrow's ventures as a health guru.

Anderson, a well-known celebrity trainer, said in an interview with Hamptons magazine that the organic food line was partly inspired by her work with Paltrow and other A-list actresses.

Besides Paltrow, Anderson's clientele include Hollywood actresses including Jennifer Lopez and Kate Hudson, among others

"Along the journey, we've always understood how important [food is] to our bodies; it's a complete marriage with the fitness," said Anderson of their new joint venture.

She adds, "As people become more aware of organic foods, the importance of eating things that are whole and nutritious [becomes clear.]"

According to Movie News Guide, Paltrow and Anderson's organic food line includes "made-that-day juices and smoothies; gluten-free pastas with herbs and roasted tomatoes; quinoa salads; grilled salmon; fish tacos; and kale ravioli."

Gushing about the ready-made food, Tracy said: "All of the ingredients are organic and everything is sourced to the highest standards of food quality that we know is vital for us to get out of this processed, de-natured world that we live in with food."

The new food line also comes with a variety of healthy desserts, reports HELLO magazine.

Anderson has mentioned "frosting shots" as one of the desserts in the food line. She says it is made "without all the process things that really hurt us" and is inspired by cake toppings.

Cookies are another dessert that is possibly on the menu in Paltrow's organic food line. Tracy has said that she "figured out how to make the best cookies that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs - all the main allergens."

"3 Green Hearts" products will be available at Tracy's fitness studio in the Hamptons area of Long Island, New York, according to HELLO magazine.

Gwyneth and Tracy hope to expand the organic ready-made food line in the future.
