When Kate Middleton arrived for Princess Charlotte's christening, the crowd did not only gush over her white Alexander McQueen outfit, but also noticed how much weight The Duchess of Cambridge has lost.

According to Celebrity Health & Fitness, the Duchess of Cambridge has reclaimed her pre-pregnancy weight in only two months after she has delivered to Princess Charlotte through the help of low-carb diet, juicing, and yoga. Kate Middleton is said to have used the same strategy after she gave birth to Prince George, losing 29 pounds in the process.

Low-carb diets like ketogenic, Atkins, and Paleo can assist in weight loss by helping the body burn fat as fuel, says Dr. Eric Westman, obesity expert and co-writer of Keto Clarity.

The Examiner adds that according to the Duchess of Cambridge's former college rowing partner, Emma Sayle, Kate Middleton has stayed fit by running and regular gym workouts.

As she has always been athletic, Kate Middleton has consistently incorporated new exercises like swimming, yoga and pilates in her daily workout. This has helped her bounce back from all the weight she has gained throughout her two pregnancies.

Yoga, according to Empowher, has also been reported to boost endurance, remove stress, and provide increased core strength. A study in West Virginia University School of Medicine has also discovered it can prevent lower back pain and reduce the risk of getting scoliosis, sciatica and herniated discs.

Sources say that Kate Middleton has always been figure-conscious especially after she married Prince William.

In related news, NOW Magazine has previously reported that the 33-year-old mother of two has asked her sister, Pippa Middleton, for assistance to get her back in shape after she saw how fit her sister is.

Pippa has reportedly taken the challenge as her personal mission and introduced Kate Middleton to her "Pippa's Boot Camp" right after Princess Charlotte was born.

Today, Pippa still plays a major role in Kate Middleton's weight loss journey. As her sister is fond of using her Nutribullet blender to make smoothies, Pippa has been helping her by making sure fresh fruit juices are delivered to her sister's home on a daily basis.

Although critics say that juicing is dangerous when used as a weight loss regimen, Fit Day writes it can help increase the nutrients in the body by maximizing fruit and vegetable consumption.
