Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Release Date, Specs & Features: Leaked Photo Shows Advanced S Pen?

After the leaked photos of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 have surfaced on the Internet, speculations and rumors have started to keep the technology sensors of every techie individuals in the world on high alert. With a possibility of an auto-eject S Pen and improved stylus, fans of the brand can't wait to learn more while waiting for Samsung to make its official announcement on Aug. 12.
According to Tech Times, ever since Samsung released the Galaxy Note in 2011, consumers have been wanting smaller, tablet-sized smartphones, contrary to what critics have predicted. This device, aptly called the "phablet," has also introduced the use of the S Pen, a stylus that provides the user a pen and paper feel and a whole lot more. Through the uniqueness of the S Pen or "Smart Pen," the Galaxy Note has gained a healthy and loyal following.
This feature is what most fans are excited about because the new S Pen for the Galaxy Note 5 is rumored to have a clickable top. This feature is speculated to provide an auto-eject S Pen, which will be gold in color, unlike its old version of silver and black.
Furthermore, NDTV Gadgets states that besides a more advanced S Pen, the Galaxy Note 5 is rumored to be encased in a square shell, and will feature a home button located below the display.
Rumored specifications include a 5.7 inch or 5.89-inch display, 4GB memory, LPDDR4 RAM, thickness of about 7.9mm and a 4100 mAh battery capacity, and what more, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is said to have a USB 3.1 type-C port as well.
Slash Gear adds that the latest Galaxy Note will have a curved backside, which can perfectly fit the palms of every person in the world. It will maintain its metal frame for a tougher exterior. It will no longer have a removable battery, and the possibility of having an external memory storage is still unknown.
Front camera is rumored to have 8-megapixels, 120-degree wide angle lens while the back camera will have 16-megapixels and 4kvideo capability. The processor can be a choice between Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 or Samsung Exynos 7420.
Samsung's official revelation of the Galaxy Note 5 is set this August, alongside the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Samsung Gear A.
