Justin Bieber, 21, showed off his new bleached blond hair at NBC's Today show but he was caught in a video complaining about how one of the camera crew was too close.
"Next time I won't dance because the camera's here the whole time," Bieber said in the video. "Might as well not dance."
"What do I do this for if they're just going to..." he said before it was cut off by a commercial.
According to the Mirror, Bieber was upset that the camera was too close because his fans who would be watching the show at home wouldn't be able to see him dancing. The tantrum was caught live on air after he had just performed his new single "What Do You Mean?"
After expressing his outburst, the singer turned to ask his fans about his new hairdo.
"You guys like the hair?" Bieber asked while the crowd screamed in agreement.
According to the Daily Mail, many of his fans slept out in the plaza the night before to await and see Bieber's morning performance at the show. The weather that day was wet which resulted in some sound technicalities and some minor slippery surface issues which the singer cleverly incorporated into his dance routines.
On the same show, Bieber was awarded a plaque from Guinness World Records for being the youngest male artist to have a debut single at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, the New York Daily News reports.
Bieber was asked if his new album is his comeback, the Canadian-born singer said: "I didn't really leave, but I took a little time to do some soul searching for sure."
Spotted at the show was Bieber's rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin. The 18-year-old model and singer have been linked since January 2015, according to the report by Daily Mail.
Just last Aug. 30, Bieber broke down in tears after his comeback at the VMA stage. According to MTV, the singer performed a medley of "What Do You Mean?" and "Where Are U Now."
"Life is a journey. Sometimes a battle," Bieber said in an emotional and inspirational speech. "Always the unexpected. Sometimes you focus on the destination and forget to focus on that journey. When you fall it allows you to get up stronger. It allows you not to lean on your own understanding, give in to fate... Believe in something bigger than yourself and find your purpose."
After his VMA performance, Bieber was hunched and in tears.
